Nut-Fat Pastry

Method
 
3 oz. Nut-fat(vegetable)  
8 oz. Wholewheat Flour  
Warm Water to Mix  
2 tblspn. Baking Powder
Mix flour and baking powder into a bowl and grate the nut-fat into it. Mix to a dough with water, keeping on the dry side. Use for puddings, dumplings or for rolls.
