Chinese Pickled Celery  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1 Large Head Celery  
1 tblspn. Soya Sauce  
1 dssrtspn. Sesame Oil  
1 tspn. Salt  
1 tblspn. Vinegar
Wash celery, remove all stingy bits. Cut into thick chunks. Put in colander and scald with boiling water. Drain and dry. Mix all the other ingredients and add to the celery while it is still hot.
Serve hot or cold.
