Cheese and Olive on Toast

Sliced Cheese  
Chopped Olives  
Predpared Mustard  
Sliced Brown Bread
Toast the bread, preferably on one side only. Spread untoasted side with prepared mustard. Place chopped olives on top and cover with slices of cheese. Brown gently under the grill. Asparguus tips can be placed under the cheese before grilling. Garnish with parsley and olives.
