Potato Scones  
 
Ingredients
 
Method
 
1-1/2 Cup Flour  
2 oz. Butter  
4 tspn. Baking Powder  
1/2 Cup Milk  
1/2 Cup Cold Mashed Potatoes  
Pinch Salt
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter and potatoes, mixing well. Add milk to make a soft dough. Pat out on a floured board to 1/2" thickness. Cut into shapes and bake at 475o F for 10 -1 5 minutes. Serve hot
